Piers Morgan urges Trump to back Ukraine in standoff with Putin

British journalist Piers Morgan concluded his conversation with President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy with an unusual step: he directly addressed the head of the United States, Donald Trump. The presenter called for a review of Washington's position on the ongoing conflict and urged it to provide Kyiv with the necessary assistance in the fight against Russian aggression.

In his address, Morgan emphasised that supporting Volodymyr Putin instead of Volodymyr Zelenskyy is a wrong decision for the US.
