City Council opposes changes to staffing reserves
The Kyiv City Council confirmed the government's intention to reduce the volume of staffing reserves at key enterprises. The city council made it clear that this decision has drawn criticism in the capital.
Personnel shortage threatens city safety
Kyiv City Council deputy head Panteleev explained that the reserve percentage indicators have been reviewed at energy sector facilities, including municipal water supply enterprises.
(At energy sector enterprises, including water utilities, the reserve percentage shares have been changed. The fact that this is happening right before the heating season looks negative, to put it bluntly. There is already a shortage of people, and during the heating season every pair of hands will be especially valuable. We would not like to see a reduction in the number of personnel who are extremely important for Kyiv's survival in winter), stated Kyiv City Council deputy head Panteleev.
