Regarding real estate, the wife owns an apartment in Kyiv with an area of 98.1 square metres. This residential space was acquired on 28 August 2015, and its value at that time was 685,650 hryvnias.
Serhiy Kushnir himself temporarily resides in an apartment of 93.1 square metres in Lviv. This living space belongs to Ruslan Andriyovych Danyliuk, and the rental began on 1 January 2024.
Ksenia Kushnir also owns a 34 per cent share in the limited liability company "Spetsmash-Invest" (Unified State Register of Legal Entities code 37588273, Kyiv). The value of this share is listed in the declaration as 8,000 hryvnias. The company specialises in the trade of automobiles and other vehicles.
Kushnir's documentation contains no data on cars owned by him. However, according to available information, he moves around the city in an Audi Q5, while his wife uses a Mazda CX-5 registered in her father's name.
Officially, it is stated that Kushnir rents an apartment on Zdorovya Street in Lviv, in an old building near the railway station. However, according to informed sources, Kushnir actually lives in the elite residential complex "Avalon 37", where rental prices range from 700 to 1,800 US dollars.
Media outlets have also published reports claiming that Kushnir collects 200 dollars from each car from auto importers "for Yukhta's department".
