Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has arrived in Norway. He was accompanied by Head of the Presidential Office Kyrylo Budanov, National Security and Defence Council Secretary Rustem Umierov, Deputy Head of the Presidential Office Pavlo Palisa, and First Deputy Foreign Minister Serhiy Kyslytsia.
