The High Anti-Corruption Court (HAC) will hold a preparatory hearing in the criminal case tomorrow. Nine individuals will stand trial, accused of participating in criminal activity related to land resources. The main figure in the proceedings is Denis Komarnytskyi, known to the public as the "caretaker of Kyiv", who fled to Vienna.
In addition to Komarnytskyi, the indictment covers eight other individuals. Among them are Olena Bohoslavska, Olena Marchenko, Mykhailo Terentiiev, Petro Olenych, Oleksii Mushta, Oleksandr Spasybko, Roman Blumin, and Alisa Sobol. Judge Oksana Hutsal will be handling the case materials.

They are charged with corruption offences, attempted appropriation of another's property, and obstruction of lawful business activities.
The investigation into three defendants — Denis Komarnytskyi, Olena Bohoslavska, and Alisa Sobol — was conducted in absentia. The indictment was submitted to the court on 6 October. The court must now decide whether to schedule the case for a main trial.
