Russian product with Ukrainian labelling
Journalists have identified a specific scheme for supplying goods to the Ukrainian market. The salt labels list the manufacturer as the Russian limited liability company "TDS", registered in Moscow, with production located in the Rostov region.
The importer is the Ukrainian limited liability company "TDS Korosten" (Unified State Register of Legal Entities code 35299199). 69.82% of the shares are owned by Russian citizen Pavlo Boholiubov. The remaining 30.18% belong to Oleksandr Zaturov, who simultaneously holds the position of the company's director.
Link to the "Artemsol" case
The enterprise came under the scrutiny of law enforcement agencies within the framework of criminal proceedings No. 12022000000000281. The investigation is examining the possible financing of actions directed against the territorial integrity of Ukraine, as well as the laundering of proceeds obtained by criminal means.
According to the investigation's version, the activities of the "TDS" group may have been linked to the use of the facilities and resources of the "Artemsol" enterprise, located in the occupied part of the Donetsk region.
In November 2023, a court ruling provided for the freezing of "TDS Korosten"'s bank accounts. During searches, law enforcement officers seized financial documentation. It is important to note that these actions are procedural in nature and do not constitute grounds for a guilty verdict.
Financial performance and tax status
The Russian structure continues to generate significant revenue. According to 2025 data, the turnover of the Russian LLC "TDS" amounted to 2.58 billion rubles, while net profit was 57.7 million rubles.
The Ukrainian importer company also remains active in the registers, despite its problems. In 2024, its status as a value-added tax payer was cancelled. In the following year, 2025, tax authorities initiated court proceedings to recover the debt.
Open questions for regulators
The situation raises questions regarding the actions of law enforcement agencies, the customs service, and the tax authority. It is unknown how the criminal proceedings concluded, whether the company is currently conducting operations, and whether its financial links with Russian business persist.
