Russian dictator Vladimir Putin issued a new statement claiming that the Russian Federation is not preparing to wage war with European countries. According to him, the peoples of Europe also do not wish to enter into a military conflict with the Russian Federation.

«Народи Європи не хочуть воювати з Росією, як і РФ не хоче воювати з Європою» (The peoples of Europe do not want to wage war with Russia, just as the Russian Federation does not want to wage war with Europe), Putin emphasised.
