The National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NAZK) has recorded signs of the submission of false information in the declaration of Dmytro Turoboyskyi, a member of the Kamianska District Council. The total value of undeclared assets exceeds 19 million hryvnia. The official failed to list part of the real estate located in Spain and Ukraine, as well as assets belonging to his wife.
According to agency data, Turoboyskyi’s documentation lacks mentions of four real estate objects in the Spanish province of Girona. Their total value is over 5.7 million hryvnia. In addition, the MP did not specify a house in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, valued at 1.4 million hryvnia.
Separately, NAZK drew attention to the property of the MP’s wife. The declaration did not record an apartment, non-residential premises, and 17 land plots in her ownership. The total value of these undeclared assets exceeds 11.9 million hryvnia.
Dmytro Turoboyskyi is a member of the Servant of the People faction in the Kamianska District Council. During the inspection, he explained the gaps in the declaration as technical errors, as well as the fact that his wife resides abroad.
Based on the inspection materials, the police have initiated a criminal case. The detected signs of false declaration do not yet mean the MP’s guilt has been proven — the final legal assessment must be provided by law enforcement and the court.
