Russia attacks Kharkiv region: one man killed, 11 injured

As a result of massive Russian missile and aerial strikes on Kharkiv region over the past 24 hours, one person was killed and another 11 residents were injured or suffered stress-related conditions. This was reported by the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov.

Casualties and injuries in cities and villages

In Lozova, a 45-year-old man was killed. Two men, aged 43 and 26, were injured, while a 37-year-old woman experienced an acute stress reaction.

In Kharkiv, a 39-year-old man was injured, and an acute stress reaction was recorded in a 64-year-old woman.

In Dergachi, three men aged 70, 54 and 47 were injured. In the settlement of Mala Danylivka, a 45-year-old woman was injured, and a 74-year-old resident experienced acute stress. In the village of Sadove in Lozova community, an acute stress reaction was recorded in a 66-year-old woman.

Nature of weapons used

Russian forces attacked the Industrial, Osokorivka and Novobavarskyi districts of Kharkiv, using missiles and unmanned aerial vehicles. According to the Regional Military Administration, the enemy used seven missiles, one guided aerial bomb, two "Molniya" type UAVs, two FPV drones and 30 drones, the type of which is currently being established.

Scale of infrastructure damage

In Kharkiv, four civilian enterprises, warehouse facilities, a private house, a cemetery, a hypermarket, a garage and 16 cars were damaged.

Damage and destruction were also recorded in several districts of the region:

• Kupiansk district: a warehouse building in the village of Hnylytsia and a private house in the village of Shypuvate.
• Izium district: a civilian enterprise in Barvinkove.
• Kharkiv district: private houses, garages, cars, a tractor, civilian enterprises, a warehouse building and an administrative building in Cherkaska Lozova, Mala Danylivka, Dergachi, Russka Lozova, Vasishcheve and Nova Vodolaza.
• Lozova district: a cultural institution, a shop, power grids in the village of Sadove and a warehouse building in Lozova.
• Chuhuiv district: a car in the village of Lebyazhe.

Operation of the evacuation point

The transit evacuation point in Lozova received 172 people over the past 24 hours. In total, since the point began operating, 66,277 people have been registered there.
